What information should I bring to my appointment?

X-ray/MRI /Ultrasound reports, Details of your claim ACC 45 number and Date of injury if already registered.

You need to report your injury to your employer or Health and Safety officer
You may need to seek approval for Hand Therapy treatment if your company use a different insurer eg Gallagher Bassett / Work AON / Well NZ.

Appointments generally take 30 minutes unless scheduled otherwise.
